To me av where same if u r happy
NY is not as great as before
unemployment, immigrants, n illegal people both chinese, spanish, mex, n many other nations as well...
to me anywhere is good if u can earn money, together with u family, n healthy

Washington DC is near NY,  but chow is very far away from NY
He is in Washington State near Canada hahaha  close to Gold Yeh far from me
