AMD is good in price, off course performance will a bit lower then Intel. If gamer, AMD is better. But compare to heavy usage like programmer. We prefer Intel. Because Intel more stable on long term performance and heavy usage. Now a day AMD no more hot problem.

Price is come with performance and technology. If user looking for higher performance n latest technology. Off course need pay more.
