Well I think if you have shix load of $$ you will be happy anyway no matter where you live.  

Before you tell me $$ cant buy this or that, one thing that you will have when you are rich is you will be free from working your shix out just for food and living .  

You will have freedom of time to do whatever you feel like making yourself happy.  You have more choices than others to make yourself happy.  

If you gonna working  18 hrs a day 7days/week , your happiness is probably when you sleeping or eating.   

well, nowhere on earth dont need $$ unless you enjoy being barbarian.  (lol i think i saw one on news a while back but thats still rare)
