Hello Oldpal Chowold & Vandas evergreen    Great column!

Yeh, deadheading does help the further flowering, but ..but .. it's it a bit like giving the plant the morning after pill , sorry knowing my nature, just can't help being a little naughty.

OK, to make up for it, here are some of my deadheading practices:

Fragrant plum:

Guy Savoy:

My little bouquets:

And a nice Christmas song to all the readers here:
The Little Drummer Boy.... i.e. if I still remember how to post youtube

A little green earthling, living life as if there were no tomorrow.
My backyard?  Oh, that's all gone with the last drive head crash.  Cord?  Cord is brilliant as always, full of perfume and colors, very attractive; no deadheading on that one though.  Now I have a rose garden, fully established, fully automated with irrigation, all I do is "deadheading".
OK, no naughty chats; no garden effort to share either.  But there is an interesting story about the a witch and a citrus tree growing in the virtual garden, interested to hear that?
A little green earthling, living life as if there were no tomorrow.
