Currently iPad 2, iPad Air and iPad Mini 2 are not supported.
Please wait for Cydia update in near future (no ETA date by Saurik), he is working hard to fix Mobile Substrate since evasi0n7 was launched without any hints.
You can restore back to original iOS 7.0.4 or latest firmware available for iPad 2.
