The decision is all yours.  If you like the living condition, and there are good job opportunity, good social circle then it might be worth considering.  If you decide to stay, you might already understand that there are a lot of adjustments and scarifies too.  Things like having less contact with your long time friendship with the ones from home, less convenience in term of transport and entertainments etc.
I don't think housing investment should take priority though.
