可以用Audacity這免費軟件。但不能直接開啟aac，要在Audacity內部開啟support功能:

Edit > Preferences
click on Import / Export
click the 'FFmpeg library download' button
A page opens where you can download the FFmpeg plugin + install instructions

至於使用教學多的是，自己找吧。
