I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morningtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 N1 W# }' c- b9 F2 h
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps

i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s
