just an idea for you, clean all the usb drive after re-install windows. it is possible that after you reinstall the system, you plug in the infected usb back into windows and infect it again.

most of the autorun virus targets online game account information, so if your program detects there are some spyware attempting to steal account info, it will stop responsing and go blue.
