終於搞點，現在 OK 啦，我用 FAT32 format，初頭最多只認到 199 GB，後來再建立另一個新 drive，之後兩個 drive 合并，250 GB hard disc format 後有 234 GB，得！多謝各位大哥幫忙，感激！感激！

Oh, you are right. I should check with Western Digital web site before doing so many works... Nevertheless, now my USB hard disc work OK in FAT.  

Forgot to mention that I did formatted the WD USB hard disc once because of using for document back-up but now it is used for video storage/viewing.

One more thing is that the FAT32 format only good for less than 200 GB under the software of Partition Magic, not 2TB as mentioned in your message.  Did I make any mistake during the process ?
