For Edge: click top right corner three dots and go to settings, click Start, home, and new tabs, under "when Edge starts" section, add yahoo page as start page address.

For chrome: click top right corner three dots and go to settings, click "On startup", under "Open a specific page or set of pages", add yahoo page address
